Shipping Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India.

There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts to deliver your package.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing help@froststudio.in with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
